TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

• Pearl Aesthetic shall not be held liable for any wrong information given by the customer which may or may not incur additional fee and/or service.(e.g. redelivering service and/or another delivery fee). So please make sure you type your details correctly & to always double check before completing your order.
• No fee for Lumut and Elite Cube pickup at the moment.
• Delivery fee is flat $2.00 for lumut area and $3.00 nationwide and delivery time is 1-2 days (excluding weekend and public holiday) once order have been processed.
• Booking period is only given for 48 hours, so please make your order's payment within these period.
• Payday booking is available with a minimum of 30% deposit from your total amount.
• Your order will automatically be cancelled if we do not receive your payment within the given booking period.
• Our delivery service is handled by third party delivery service (JiFEE).
• Customers will need to check their items once collected/delivered (should it be faulty or wrong items) and inform us within 3 day to be entitled for a refund or exchange.
• All sales and purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once collected or delivered (unless it is faulty or wrong item mentioned in previous point.
