- Pearl Aesthetic shall not be held liable for any wrong information given by the customer which may or may not incur additional fee and/or service.(e.g. redelivering service and/or another delivery fee). So please make sure you type your details correctly & to always double check before completing your order.
- Customers will need to check their items once collected/delivered (should it be faulty or wrong items) and inform us within 3 day to be entitled for a refund or exchange.
- All sales and purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once collected or delivered (unless it is faulty or wrong item mentioned in previous point.
