Delivery and Return
Our delivery fee is flat at B$3.00 across all areas within Brunei Darussalam, and free delivery for purchase of B$60.00 or more.
Customer will receive their orders within 2 to 3 days excluding weekend and public holidays after full payment is received.
Pick up option is available either at our storefront in Batu Bersurat or our HQ in Lumut
However, please wait for our pickup notification after submitting the online purchase as we prepare and process your order.
Unfortunately, we do not do delivery outside of Brunei.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any return or exchange for hygiene reason. However we do refund or 1-to-1 replacement if you have encountered faulty item(s) upon 3 days after your purchase, simply contact us along with photo/description of the faulty item(s). Otherwise you may also bring it in-store for us to check and review.
Payment and Purchases
We accept cash, card payment, Pocket, Ding, BIBD Quickpay, BIBD Transfer and Baiduri Bank Transfer.
Unfortunately we do not accept cash for Lumut pickup option at the moment.
Booking period are usually only given maximum of 2 days once order is placed. Payday collection is acceptable as well, but please kindly inform us through our WhatsApp hotline for us to reserve your item(s).
Yes we do accept wholesale purchase either for reseller or for personal use. Do contact us via the contact form or our WhatsApp hotline if you are interested.
Unfortunately we do not have such arrangement with our retailers, any online purchase from us are fixed either delivery or pick up from our store or Lumut HQ only. However, you can contact our retailer if you wish to purchase from them through online and pick up at their store.
Any online promo code that customers receive can only be redeemed through us and are invalid through our retailers. Whereas, online promotion are depending on each of their T&C.
Product Care
Due to the nature of the bamboo material, please keep your brush away from damp area to prevent molding. Always place it in upright position or hang them. Generally toothbrushes should be replace at max after 3 months of usage, as the bristles will worn out and may cause gum recession.
Unopened cap can be used up to 2 years. Once opened, we advised to finish within 1 year.
Anyone can use them and are safe indeed for children too and sensitive skin. But please be aware it does contain essential oils, in case you have allergy towards it.
The shelf life of the un-opened product is a minimum of 3 years. All of the SOS products are stored in an airless pump bottles which prevent contamination and degrading of the products to ensure product remains stable throughout its use
The SOS serum skincare range are suitable for the whole family including children and babies (1 month old above) as they uses minimalistic effective formulas and naturally pure ingredients. The range is also suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.
Loyalty Membership Program
For every $1.00 spent online or in-store, you will get 1 loyalty point. You can redeem 250 points for $5 discount on your next purchase or 500 points for $10 discount.
Simply click the sign in button on the bottom of our menu website bar (mobile) or at the top left of our home website page (PC). If you are new, please create new account, fill in your details and you then can start collecting your loyalty points for every purchase you made online or in-store. Kindly ensure to sign in when you purchase online.
Currently there is no expiry dates for the loyalty points collected.
Yes they are the same membership account, just be sure to fill in your phone number when you register online, so that your loyalty points are calculated when you bought in-store. Your phone number acts as your member account number.
Your total points can be seen upon checkout when you reach 250 points. You then have the option to either redeem your points or continue collecting them. After redeeming your points, your balance loyalty points will be reflected automatically.
